These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Mistriwale Services Private Limited (“Mistriwale”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website, mobile application, or service platform, you agree to these Terms.


1. Services Offered

Mistriwale provides on-demand home services including but not limited to:

  • Carpenter
  • Plumbing
  • Electrician
  • AC Repair
  • Washing Machine Repair
  • CCTV Installation
  • Netting Solutions
  • Painting
  • Pest Control
  • Other Home Maintenance Services

Mistriwale connects customers with verified vendors/service professionals (“Vendors”) who carry out the actual service.

2. Lead Booking & Service Orders

Customers can place service requests:

  • Online (website or mobile app)
  • Offline (phone calls or walk-in enquiries)

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Allow the vendor to contact and visit your premises
  • Make the required payment after service completion

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing may vary based on service type, materials, and labour.
  • Additional material costs will be communicated before purchase.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, online methods, or modes defined by Mistriwale.
  • Mistriwale reserves the right to revise prices at any time.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are independent professionals.
  • Vendors must carry valid identification and behave professionally.
  • Services must be completed with skill and reasonable care.
  • Any misconduct should be reported to Mistriwale immediately.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access for vendors.
  • Provide accurate service and issue details.
  • Do not misuse vendor contact or personal information.
  • Ensure safety of property during service.

Mistriwale is not responsible for loss or damage caused due to customer negligence.

6. Safety

Mistriwale conducts vendor background verification; however, customers are advised to:

  • Remain alert during vendor visits
  • Secure valuables

Mistriwale is not responsible for incidents arising from misuse of vendor–customer interaction.

7. Liability

Mistriwale acts as a service aggregator and is not liable for:

  • Vendor performance or conduct
  • Damages caused by vendor actions
  • Service delays due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Losses caused by incorrect customer instructions

Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid to Mistriwale.

8. Warranty

  • Some services may include a limited warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear & tear.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel a service before vendor arrival. Cancellation charges may apply if:

  • The vendor has already visited
  • Materials have been purchased

10. Modifications

Mistriwale reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
